To qualify for a rental, you must:

  • Be at least 23 years old
  • Have at least 3 years of driving experience in London
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Possess an active PCO licence
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence
  • Have no more than 1 fault accident

A full UK driving licence is required to rent a vehicle with Primal Cars UK Ltd.

If you have penalty points or convictions on your driving record, please contact us before visiting our office to confirm your eligibility.

Please provide the following documents:

  • Valid UK DVLA driving licence
  • PCO licence and badge
  • National Insurance number
  • Recent utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement
    Note: All documents must show the same address.

You must be at least 23 years of age to rent a vehicle from us.

Our fleet includes a wide range of vehicle types, such as Hybrids, Electric Vehicles (EVs), Plug-in Hybrids, 7-seaters, and Executive-Lux models.

Yes. The vehicle is available for your use 24/7. You are free to use it for both ride-hailing services and personal purposes without restriction.

Yes. You are permitted to use your vehicle on Uber and all other licensed ride-hailing platforms.

Our goal is to complete the handover process within 60 minutes of your arrival at our office.

To extend your rental, please contact our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you.

Your weekly payment covers:
  • Vehicle rental
  • Routine maintenance
  • Servicing after every 10,000 miles
  • Road tax, MOT, and Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) licence
  • 24/7 roadside assistance

Primal Cars UK Ltd provides 24/7 roadside assistance. Our customer support team is always available to help with any issues, both before and after the vehicle is handed over.

The responsibility for any Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) or fines is transferred to the driver. A small administrative fee may apply.

No. We honour the terms of your original agreement regardless of market price fluctuations. Your weekly rental amount remains fixed as per the contract.

Yes, we offer a referral program that rewards both the referrer and the referred. You will receive a £30-£50 bonus for each successful referral, and the referred individual will also receive a £30-£50 credit on their account.

Q: Are you a licenced company?
A: Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office under Licence Number: 00862901.

Q: Is your service available day and night?
A: Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

Q: Are your prices fixed? 
A: Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked Transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Q: We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
A: Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per Transfers.

Q: Can I smoke in the car?
A: No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Q: How do I find my driver at the airport?
A: Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk.

Q: Is Primal Cars accepting card Payments?
