- To process rental agreements, Vehicle insurance, PCN notices and customer reviews
- To liaise with PCO Hire Operators, Accident Management Companies, Legal Services, Other Vehicle Hire Companies and the DVLA
- To initiate Debt recovery (where necessary)

Personal data including Name, Date Of Birth, Address, Telephone Number(s), Email Address and Bank details..
We will have obtained your personal data from direct communication with yourself.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be shared only with the Team at Primal Cars, Vehicle related companies i.e. Insurance and PCO Operators and any official agencies of the PCO Platform and as required by Law.

We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary and we only retain your data for the following purposes and use the following criteria to determine how long to retain your personal data:-
- For the duration of your rental agreement or;
- Until you request your removal from our mailing list.
