TERMS & CONDITIONS RECURRING PAYMENTS WITH FUTUREPAY AT PRIMAL CARS UK LTD.

  1. Agreement to Recurring Payments

By using the FuturePay service, you agree to enter into a recurring payment arrangement for the specified service.

  1. Frequency of Payments

Recurring payments will be processed every 1 week from the date of the initial transaction.

  1. Payment Amount

The recurring payment amount will be the agreed-upon fee for the specified service.

  1. Payment Method

You authorise Primal Cars-FuturePay to charge your designated payment method for the recurring payments.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the recurring payments at any time. If the hirer would like to terminate the rental agreement, then they must provide two week’s written notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of the hirer’s deposit.

  1. Changes to Payment Terms

Primal Cars reserves the rights to change the payment amount or frequency of payments. In the event of such changes, you will be notified 7 days in advance.

  1. Length of Payment Terms

The recurring payment terms will continue until cancelled by you or terminated by Primal Cars FuturePay in accordance with these terms.

  1. Payment Failures

(a) In the event of a payment failure, FuturePay will attempt to notify you to update your payment information.

(b) Failure to resolve payment issues within 24 hours may result in the suspension or termination of the hire agreement terms.

  1. Refunds & Termination of Recurring Payments

For contracts that are a minimum of 3 months; a minimum of two weeks’ notice will be required. Primal Cars UK will also charge an early termination fee of £250 plus an admin fee of £50.

For contract that are minimum of four weeks no refund will be issued.

Primal Cars Future Pay reserves the right to terminate the recurring payment arrangement for any reason, with notice to you.
